Mushroom & Onion Pork Shoulder Roast
1 Pork Shoulder Roast (3-5 lbs)
1 Large can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 Envelope Onion Soup Mix
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp garlic powder
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a roasting pan with aluminum foil and place shoulder roast in the center. Cover the shoulder with the cream of mushroom soup, right out of the can (no need to mix it or break it down). Add onion soup mix, garlic powder, and salt. Cover the pan with foil, sealing the sides.
Bake pork shoulder for approximately 45-60 minutes. When completed, shoulder will be moist and tender while the cream of mushroom & onion combination makes delicious gravy. Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans.
